IN RISALTO:
• Iconic Triumph TR6 Cabriolet produced in 1974
• Equipped with a new battery just installed
• Mechanically running both hot and cold
STORIA/PANORAMICA:
The Triumph TR6 represents one of the most celebrated English sports convertibles of the 1970s, characterized by the bold Karmann design and purist rear-wheel drive. This 1974 example was purchased years ago on the platform and has since remained idle and unused for a long time. The car is running and is provided with a single key. The license plates are not present.
CARROZZERIA/VERNICIATURA:
The bodywork presents with various marks and scratches, even minor, in addition to some repainted sections. Rust blooms are found in some spots and the left door requires intervention due to the noisy seam. The chromes show aging signs and need polishing. Some seals need to be adjusted and the canvas hood shows marks and some tears. The tires are dated despite having tread.
INTERNI:
The cabin is generally preserved but shows wear and scratches. There are some non-original parts and electrical components not functioning, including the windscreen wipers and some switches.
MECCANICA:
The car is mechanically running and starts both cold and hot, with the braking system OK and a newly mounted battery. Having stood still for a long time and lacking a maintenance history, the car needs a general service and a full service.
DOCUMENTI:
The car is sold without plates. The documents in the seller's possession are only those shown in the attached photographic documentation.
Possibility to arrange home delivery both in Italy and abroad, with costs charged to the buyer. The car is viewable and collectible by appointment. It is advisable to inspect the vehicle before making an offer. The costs related to export documentation or transport are at the buyer's expense.
