A beautifully crafted, substantial porcelain baluster vase by the renowned Danish manufacturer Royal Copenhagen. The body features a classic hand-painted underglaze scene depicting a pair of graceful whooper swans in mid-flight over a serene marshland landscape, blending seamlessly into a gradient sky-blue neck. The underside bears the official green Royal Copenhagen crown backstamp, the classic three blue wavy lines signifying the Danish waterways, the shape/motif sequence 1955 / 137, and the hand-painted painter’s mark. A bar under the letter "G" in the stamped word "COPENHAGEN" dates the production of this specific piece to the period between 1969 and 1974. Excellent vintage condition with zero visible chips, cracks, crazing, or restoration work.
