A beautiful and rare Art Deco pocket/travel cocktail shaker, crafted by the renowned French silversmith Orfèvrerie Vulcain (Deschamps Freres) between the 1930s and 1950s.
This ingenious and highly collectible model features a built-in citrus reamer/squeezer hidden directly inside the top cap (perfect for squeezing lemon or lime juice straight into your drink). It is designed in a desirable individual or travel size.
• Design: Sleek geometric silhouette with stepped horizontal ridges, typical of the modernist Art Deco movement.
• Hallmarks & Markings (see photos): Signed
"VULCAIN", marked "DEPOSE"
(registered/patented design), Master Silversmith hallmark "DF" with the anvil symbol, and silver weight plating mark "6". All hallmarks are exceptionally crisp, clear, and perfectly legible.
