A unique set of figurines from the musical “CATS” - Wallendorf Porcelain Manufacture.
We are very pleased to invite you to participate in an exceptional auction, the item of which is a true treat for theater lovers, iconic musicals, and noble German porcelain.
Two stunning, collectible figurines commemorating the landmark work by Andrew Lloyd Webber – the musical “CATS”
Jemina – the embodiment of youthful innocence and grace.
Jennyanydots – a cat full of dignity and charm.
Condition: very good.
To make this auction even more exciting, in addition to winning two figurines we are including completely free (as a bonus) a third character from the series – the legendary rebel Rum Tum Tugger. This cat suffered an unfortunate mishap during preparation – a fracture of the shoulder and thumb.
The pieces have been glued, as shown in the photos. Despite the flaw, the figurine still presents itself very proudly and wonderfully complements the collection.
Each figurine bears the original manufactory mark on the bottom and handwritten model designations. These figurines have not been produced for years and are a rarity on the antique market.
