Splendid Antique Historicism Goblet / Römer – Hand-Painted with Real Gold
For sale: a truly breathtaking antique wine glass (goblet / Römer) in the Historicism style, dating from the late 19th or early 20th century.
This exclusive glass is a beautiful example of craftsmanship from renowned Bohemian or German glass regions (think Moser or Theresienthal style).
The crystal-clear glass is completely hand-decorated.
The stem and foot feature a rich, polychrome enamel decoration in deep red, blue, and gold-yellow.
The ornaments are finished with gorgeous relief-gold work (liquid gold/foil gold), which after all these years still retains its deep, warm, and royal luster.
