An Industrial Centrifugal Governor Clock and Barometer is Spanish origin by G Cuspinera Barcelona. with Brass Frame Having Centre Thermometer Flanked By Spherical Convex Magnifying Glass Clock and Barometer Mounted on Onyx Base on Bracket Feet, 48cm High.

Ahead of its time this beautiful iconic industrial design of a Centrifugal Governor used in industry for controlling fuels and speeds of machinery .

Making use of the balanced spherical weights design , and adopting a Barometer and a Clock inside the spheres and including two large 11 cm convex optical viewing glass’s , is genius .

The mechanical clock has been replaced with a modern quartz battery clock , to make functional. The Barometer works perfectly and is original , as is the rest of the clock.

It is in its natural aged patina and could easily be cleaned and polished should the new owner prefer . It is understood that this Clock / Barometer is original and in normal aged condition
