With a pronounced inclination toward innovation and a precise production philosophy.
Promoting the most suitable olive-growing areas on the slopes of Etna and in the Simeto valley, and privileging the finest native varieties and the national varieties best adapted to our territory, enhancing the raw materials with careful olive selection and diligent attention to the milling, extraction, storage, and bottling stages.
