Description from the seller

Pattada Conaz – Sardinian vintage knife – Stainless steel, beige ABS and brass – 14 cm

Description

Beautiful Pattada knife made by Conaz, dating from a few years ago and featuring the classic line of the Sardinian knife-making tradition.

The knife features a blade in INOX steel, slender and elegant in shape, paired with a beige ABS handle. Particularly beautiful is the worked brass bolster, a typical element of this knife type that gives the piece a pleasant traditional appearance.

An interesting feature is the presence, at the end of the handle, of a perforated metallic extension, to which a small sardine-like carabiner is attached. A practical detail that allows the knife to be easily attached and that makes this exemplar different from more traditional Pattadas.

On the blade there is the marking PATTADA INOX.
