Typical Chrysocolla-Malachite belongs to the silicate family and has a blue-green color. In the past it was ground into powder and used for welding gold. Hence it also derives its very characteristic name. As it is a widespread mineral, it occurs in various mines. It often represents the copper mineral that is also associated with other minerals such as Malachite, Azurite or Cuprite. In crystal therapy it is used to reduce stress and nervousness, helping to stay calm in the face of difficulties.
