Attractive old Indian cabinet specimen featuring numerous pale to mint-green apophyllite crystals on matrix. Several larger well-developed prismatic crystals rise prominently above the crystallized surface, accompanied by numerous smaller transparent to translucent crystals, creating a rich three-dimensional composition.
The specimen comes from an old Danish private mineral collection and retains its original historical label identifying it as Apophyllite from the Deccan Traps, Poona, India.
