French silver 5 franc coin, struck in 1832 under the July Monarchy, featuring the effigy of King Louis-Philippe I.
Obverse: portrait of Louis-Philippe I facing right, crowned with an oak leaf wreath. Legend “LOUIS PHILIPPE I ROI DES FRANÇAIS”. Engraver’s signature DOMARD F. beneath the portrait.
Reverse: value 5 FRANCS and year 1832, surrounded by a wreath of laurel and olive branches tied at their base.
Mint: M – Toulouse.
