Akai - CS-M02 Audio-cassette deck

Stereo cassette deck with Dolby B noise reduction.
The main features are: 2 heads, analogue 3-digit tape counter, manual tape type selection with support for normal, chrome, and metal tapes, belt-driven single-capstan transport.
Level meters used on the CS-M02 are generic digital peak meters. Mechanical transport controls for reliable CS-M02 transport function selection.
The Dolby-B system reduces tape hiss on tapes recorded on the CS-M02 by as much as 10 dB at the highest frequencies.
To further preserve recording accuracy, the CS-M02 includes a switchable multiplex filter. When recording FM stereo broadcasts, the CS-M02 MPX filter can be engaged to prevent the standard 19 kHz FM pilot signal from interfering with the noise reduction system.
To ensure proper delivery, it is carefully packed in very strong boxes, wrapped in bubble wrap with plenty of padding material. We mainly use plastic as packing material, but if another material is preferred, please contact us.
