Art Deco sculptural group “Cerf et ses biches,” FRANCE, circa 1925-1935,
zamak patinated and marble. Unsigned.
Elegant Art Deco-style sculpture, composed of three cervid figures made in zamak with a green patina, depicting a mature stag in rutting posture, a reclining hind, and another grazing.

The figures are placed on a light marble base that contrasts with the green patina of the metal. The deer figures are detachable, which will facilitate their transport.
There are occasional losses and wear to the patina, typical of its age and noticeable in the photographs, which form part of the description. In the first and in the last photograph, design tools have been used to configure presentation environments for the work.
