Vallauris – Set of 3 Fat Lava glazed ceramics – France – 1960s/1970s
Elegant set of three decorative French ceramics from Vallauris, dating to the 1960s/1970s and characterized by a scenographic “Fat Lava” glaze in shades of orange, white and dark brown.
The lot consists of:
Large vase/sculpture: approximately 25 x 19.5 cm
Decorative jug: approximately 19 x 15 cm
Small vase/sculpture: approximately 15.5 x 7.5 cm
The three works feature rich textured glazing and pronounced dripping effects, typical of Vallauris ceramic production of the period, which give each piece a unique appearance.
All three pieces bear the “Vallauris” mark on the base, confirming their provenance.
Conditions: good overall condition, with normal signs of wear and aging. There are some light chips, visible in the photographs, scarcely noticeable when the pieces are displayed and which do not in any way affect stability, integrity or decorative value of the set.
Colors may show slight variations from reality depending on display settings and calibration of different screens.
