Belgium – Leopold III – 5 × 50 francs 1939–1940 – Silver .835
Lot of five Belgian silver 50-franc coins from the reign period of Leopold III, designed by Marcel Rau.
The obverse shows the portrait of Leopold III facing left, with his name and the year. On the reverse are the coats of arms of the nine then-existing Belgian provinces, crowned by the royal crown, with the denomination 50 FR.
The lot contains both bilingual versions, with the country name in different orders.
