Umeshiso (Plum & Shiso)
Sweet and fruity with rich Japanese plum, balanced by the fresh, herbal character of shiso leaves. A harmonious combination of sweetness, gentle acidity and refreshing herbal notes.
Hojicha (Roasted Green Tea)
Smooth and aromatic, featuring roasted green tea with notes of toasted nuts, caramel and light smokiness. A delicate, warming liqueur with a long, elegant finish.
Mizunara (Japanese Oak)
Complex and refined, with subtle woody notes of Japanese Mizunara oak, complemented by hints of vanilla, sandalwood, coconut and delicate spice. Rich yet well balanced.
Yuzukosho (Yuzu & Japanese Chili)
