Here is a splendid, solid and fascinating medium-format modular SLR camera: the Zenza Bronica EC-TL, produced in Japan by Zenza Bronica from the 1970s.

The lot presents in excellent overall condition and is perfectly functional, complete with a rich set of accessories coordinated in the same finish: Zenzanon MC 75mm f/2.8 standard lens with original Bronica front cap, interchangeable waist-level viewfinder, fixed prism viewfinder interchangeable with coordinated covering, Komura Telemore 95 focal length extender (for Bronica mount) coordinated with rear Komura-branded cap, original 120 film back integrated and covered.

Optics: The camera mounts the excellent original Zenzanon MC 75mm f/2.8 standard lens, characterized by its high-performance multi-coated anti-reflective treatment. As indicated, the lens elements are in excellent preserved condition, clean, transparent, and completely free of surface scratches or internal mold and fungus traces. The internal diaphragm blades are dry and responsive.

Mechanical and Electronic: The lot has been tested and is functioning. The shutter responds correctly to the controls and fires regularly at various speeds. The large knurled side focus knob and the winding mechanism move smoothly without mechanical hindrance. The internal reflex mirror responds promptly to the shooting sequence.

Aesthetics: Excellent overall condition, as clearly documented by the photographs. The solid metal body with glossy chrome finishes retains an exceptional visual impact. The custom brown faux-leather covering with crocodile-scale texture is perfectly intact, well tightened, and applied precisely to the body, waist-level viewfinder, prism, and focal length extender.
