Victorian sideboard in mahogany and feathered mahogany with acanthus leaf carvings, 19th century
Low Victorian-style mahogany sideboard, dating to the second half of the 19th century.
The front features two doors with arched feather mahogany panels in a symmetrical grain.
To the sides there are two carved shelves with grooves and acanthus leaves. The top is projecting, with a shaped edge and a decorative band underneath; the base is a plinth.
The interior is a single compartment, without dividers: the shelf runs from left to right in a continuous block. On the left there is a fixed drawer and a movable drawer; on the right another drawer. The right door closes with a key; the left door can be locked from the inside with a hook. Key included.
Dimensions: height 90 cm, width 128 cm, depth 45 cm. With the doors open the total depth reaches 90 cm.
