This stately lamp features a heavy, polished brass construction with a double-light candelabra arm design. The base is beautifully shaped as a deep, dished gallery tray, historically used in French salons to hold gaming chips.It features its iconic adjustable black metal (tole) shade, adorned with a delicate gold-stenciled leaf border across the lower rim.

The shade is mounted on a central vertical rod and can be raised or lowered using a decorative brass arrow key mechanism, allowing you to perfectly customize the light output and ambiance.

Condition: Good vintage condition with minor, age-appropriate wear and light patina on the brass surfaces. The painted tole shade is exceptionally clean with the gold stenciling well-preserved.
