AI-assisted summary
Description from the seller
Acropora Latistella
Corals, among the wonderful creatures that populate the seabed, are surely the most fascinating living beings. Acropora latistella stands out for its branched, often dense, delicate, and harmonious structure: the image of a world, the marine one, in which even the wildest imagination could not conceive such unique creatures.
The coral that is the protagonist of this lot has important dimensions, perfect in a natural history collection but also as a decorative object for refined interiors.
The pedestal, made from reclaimed materials, is not included in the lot and is intended for photographic purposes only.
Please note that the corals in the auction are still accompanied by regular CITES documentation. It is expected that the Solomon Islands publish new export regulations for corals. Any potential halt would not only make it difficult to source these beautiful specimens on the market but also cause a significant increase in their prices.
Happy bidding.
