HISTORY/DOCUMENTATION
This Alfa Romeo is a specimen from the final series of the iconic Spider, a model that had already been in production since the 1950s. This particular car was newly delivered by the Alfa Romeo dealer in The Hague on May 1, 1991. It has remained in Nederlandse ownership throughout. Notably, the very low mileage of just over 35,000 kilometres and the car’s highly original condition stand out. The original mileage is confirmed by the NAP counter report from the RDW. Even the soft top is original, and in near-new condition! This suggests the car was used only for touring or holiday drives. The original delivery, service, and instruction booklets are still with the car. The APK (periodic vehicle inspection) is valid until January 24, 2027. Thanks to extensive maintenance in 2025 by a dedicated Alfa Romeo specialist, the car is fully ready for its next owner!
EXTERIOR
The Alfa is elegantly finished in black lacquer ‘Nero’ (color code 817) with a black leather interior. A rare, bold, and very attractive color for this Spider, precisely because it is so uncommon. The paintwork is in very good condition with a deep gloss. In April 2026 a professional detailing was performed. The chrome work is also in good shape. The car remains in its original condition, which is reflected in its exceptionally low mileage. The 15" aluminum Ronal wheels are nearly new and are shod with good Michelin tires all around. The seals and lighting are in good condition. All side windows are original. An electric antenna is present. The black soft top is original and in very good condition, indicating the car has always been kept dry. The soft top can be neatly stowed under the tonneau cover.
INTERIOR
The handsome black leather interior is fully in black and in very good condition with no damage. The dashboard is also still fresh. The seats are delightful, and the floor mats from Alfa Romeo are present. Notably, the control buttons and gauges are in excellent condition. The steering wheel and gear knob are in particularly good shape. The interior also features a newer Pioneer radio with Bluetooth, electrically adjustable mirrors, and power windows. A wind deflector is included. The boot space is neat and lined in beige upholstery. The spare wheel is placed in the lower compartment. There is also a smaller compartment suitable for tools.
