Shipping and handling policy:

All items are carefully shipped directly from Japan.

We use FedEx, DHL, Japan Post, International Parcel, Min Mail, etc. for shipping.

Upon receipt of payment, we ship within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends, Japanese holidays, year-end/new year, and Obon).

All items are packed with protective materials such as sleeves, top loaders, and bubble wrap to ensure safe transport.

However, we do not accept responsibility for damage, loss, or value loss that may occur during international shipping, customs procedures, or while in transit.

Cancellation and return policy:
