AI-assisted summary
Description from the seller
Elegant and particularly decorative bronze ballerina statue, executed in a refined Art Deco style and placed on a high cylindrical pedestal of green marble.
The young dancer is depicted in a graceful ballet pose with outstretched arms. Especially the fine detailing of the face, the hairstyle, the decorated bodice and the swaying tutu give the piece a lively and elegant appearance. The dark bronze patina contrasts beautifully with the richly veined green marble.
On the bronze base there is the signature and a separately applied bronze hallmark/medallion. These details are clearly shown in the photos. The combination of the slender composition, the bronze and the heavy marble pedestal makes this a striking decorative object that fits excellently in both classical and modern interiors.
The object is photographed from all sides; the detail photos are part of the description and give a good impression of craftsmanship and condition.
