-Elegant coffee table (guéridon) in perfect French classical Louis XV style, dating to the second half of the 20th century. The piece stands out for the refined craftsmanship of the shaped top in a “biscuit” form, embellished by a splendid sunburst motif in blond walnut that encloses a rich central floral inlay in walnut burl, achieved by juxtaposing woods of different natural tones. The top rests on a centrally turned shaft, ending with a three-legged base that is moved and carved with the classic scroll motifs of French cabinetmaking. A piece of furniture with great charm and decorative impact, ideal as a surface to place lamps, sculptures or beside a sofa.
