1) Sotanum - IGP Collines Rhodaniennes 2022
This wine is the founding cuvée of Les Vins de Vienne, born from the revival of the ancient Seyssuel hillsides celebrated by Pliny the Elder. Grown on schist and micaschist soils, this 100% Syrah is aged 16 months in French oak barrels.
Appearance: Deep, intense purple color.
Nose: Rich and powerful, with crushed blackberry, cassis, graphite minerality, and a touch of cocoa.
Palate: Full-bodied and silky, with structured yet rounded tannins and a long, spiced finish.
Made from 100% Syrah grapes, this red wine has excellent aging potential and rewards patience in the cellar.

2) Taburnum - IGP Collines Rhodaniennes 2023
Named after one of the ancient wines of Vienne celebrated in Roman times, Taburnum is grown on the micaschist hillsides of Seyssuel, the same terroir that inspired the founding of Les Vins de Vienne. This 100% Viognier is aged 16 months on lees in French oak barrels.
Appearance: Pale golden yellow color.
Nose: Elegant and aromatic, with white flowers, ripe stone fruit, exotic notes, and a hint of spice.
Palate: Balanced and full, with a rich, floral texture and a long, beautifully expressive finish.
Made from 100% Viognier grapes, this white wine is best enjoyed within 5 to 7 years.

3) Heluicum - IGP Collines Rhodaniennes 2023
Named after Helios, the sun god, and one of the three historic wines of ancient Vienne cited by Pliny the Elder, Heluicum comes from the restored vineyards of Seyssuel overlooking the Rhône. Produced by Les Vins de Vienne, this wine is made from 100% Syrah grown on schist- and quartz-rich soils and aged for approximately 12 months in French oak barrels.
Appearance: Deep ruby to purple-red color with garnet reflections.
Nose: Expressive aromas of ripe red and black berries, violet, and sweet spices, with subtle notes of undergrowth and pepper.
Palate: Fresh and approachable, offering silky tannins, vibrant fruit, and a harmonious balance of richness and elegance. The finish is long, savory, and gently spiced.
Made from 100% Syrah grapes, this red wine is more immediately accessible than Sotanum while retaining the character of the Seyssuel terroir. It can be enjoyed young for its fruit-forward charm or cellared for 7–8 years to gain additional complexity.
