1) Cornas Le Village 2023
Cornas - Le Village by Yves Cuilleron stands out with its bright red color. The nose is fresh with ripe red fruit and spices. The palate reflects the nose well and expresses itself with delicious, balanced fruit notes and ripe, spicy tannins.
Made from 100% Syrah, this cuvée comes from three iconic Cornas vineyards: “Les Côtes,” “Reynard,” and “Cayret.”
A Cornas that expresses the youthfulness of its fruit, but which can be kept for 8 years or more.
Food and wine pairings: Enjoy with a powerful meat such as duck breast cooked rare.
2) Ripa Sinistra 2024

Made from 100% Syrah grapes, this cuvée comes from the hillsides of Seyssuel, on the left bank north of Vienne, a very old Roman vineyard that disappeared at the end of the 19th century and was replanted in 1996; it is aged for eighteen months in barrels.
