USM Haller DIY Wall Clock
A remarkable, rare wall clock made from USM Haller parts in gold-yellow (RAL 1004). Radio-controlled movement (DCF77) with hour, minute, and second display.
Dimensions: 37.5 x 37.5 x 2.5 cm
This is a DIY object.
For operation, an AA battery is required. It is not included.
Operation and time setting
* Remove the securing pin: remove the securing pin on the back of the movement. This is only for transport protection.
* Insert battery: Insert an AA Mignon battery with the correct polarity (observe plus and minus) into the battery compartment.
* Signal search: After inserting the battery, the movement drives the hands to a start position and automatically begins searching for the DCF77 radio signal.
* Duration: This process can take up to 15 minutes. Do not move the clock during this time.
* Reception problems: If the clock has not set correctly after 15 minutes, the reception is too weak. Place the clock near a window as a trial.
* Reset: If needed, start the search via the reset button on the back of the movement.
Manual setting (button layout)
* M.SET button: Hold the button for about 4 seconds to switch to manual mode.
* Single-minute/fast forward: Press the M.SET button briefly for single minutes or hold it to let the minute hand advance quickly.
