Roman oil lamp with decorative relief.
Roman oil lamp in beige sigillata ceramic. Volute with a strongly marked knop and a beak-shaped nose. The band is inclined inward, adorned with several relief circles. The disk is cupped, pierced with a vent. It is decorated with a bird on a branch.
Dating: from Tiberius to early Trajan, 1st century AD
Dimensions: length 8.8 cm - width 5.9 cm
Very good condition – Minor chips, otherwise intact.
