AI-assisted summary

Description from the seller

No Reserve

Created by a master Murano glassmaker in the 1970s/1980s with clear opaline glass - no longer produced for many years - and decorations in glass paste of various colors

Very rich in details. It was in the workshop of a Murano glass furnace that closed in the early 2000s, but made much earlier.

It consists of an opaline arm with an upward cup decorated in pink glass paste. From the arm hangs a lovely yellow-glass paste garland with pink pendant; 2 low curved leaves and in the center a flower on a pink stalk and 2 opaline flowers.

All pieces are handmade and none is identical to another.

Complete. Height: 44 cm. Width: 28 cm. Depth: 28 cm.
Good storage conditions: see all photos.

Electrical system functioning, fitted with E14 lamps.
It will be shipped disassembled, for packing safety.
Shipping only for European Union countries, excluding islands.

Seller's Story

I mainly collect Murano chandeliers thanks to the collaboration with some companies that restore apartments and palaces in Venice. In this way, over time, I have recovered the chandeliers of elegant and often ancient houses in the lagoon and in the nearby areas. Murano glass has an incomparable charm: every piece, even the simplest, has a story hidden in its fragility and its iridescent light.
