Fratelli Fontana Clock – Bologna. For collection.

An authentic Fratelli Fontana mechanical clock – Bologna, to be serviced.

Fratelli Fontana was a historic Bologna-based company active from the late 19th century to the first half of the 20th century, known for marketing quality clocks, often equipped with reliable German mechanical movements. Even today the brand is appreciated by collectors and antique enthusiasts for the elegance and sturdiness of its creations.

The clock features a double strike, with hour and half-hour chimes, a manual-wind mechanical movement, and a Vienna-style wooden case, with elegant and timeless lines, sold non-working as a collectible.

An antique piece that combines charm, history and functionality, ideal for adding character to a study or living room, or to enrich a collection of antique clocks.
