Elegant and imposing complete lounge set in Luigi Filippo style, refined revival craftsmanship from the end of the 19th century (historicist period / late '800). The ensemble is a coordinated set comprised of 10 elements, united by the same wooden design and by a refined French velvet upholstery in red with a geometric pattern and perimeter studs.
The set includes:
No. 1 2/3-seat sofa with a crest finely carved.
No. 2 Cabriolet chairs with shaped back and button-tufted work.
No. 2 low matching footstools.
No. 6 chairs with a pierced balloon-shaped back.
The dark wood frame is solid, sound and stable. The lounge has undergone a complete and professional restoration in 1998, during which the fabric was entirely replaced with the precious French velvet and the hidden internal hubs were cleaned and consolidated to ensure maximum robustness (as visible at the bottom of the footstool). A set of extraordinary visual impact, perfect for furnishing important living rooms.
