Lamp - Murano glass

Postmodern design table lamp, made in Italy in the 1980s. This piece stands out for its strong nod to the style of the famous Memphis Group, blending industrial geometries with the excellence of Venetian artistic glass. The large circular lenticular diffuser is made of satin white Murano glass, enriched at the center by a radial composition of fragments and rods of fused multicolored glass (red, yellow, azure, green, orange). The structure rests on a solid triangular geometric base in black-painted metal, completed by two chromed vertical supports and an internal perforated reflective parabola. Original seal present: On the front of the glass the era-adherent adhesive labeled "Maestri Vetrai di: Murano - Made in Italy" is still perfectly preserved.
Original purchase tag: The lamp retains its vintage original tag with the historical price in Italian Lire (£ 583.000) and the inventory code. A very rare detail that attests to its provenance and history.
Conditions: Excellent vintage condition, structurally integral. The glass shows no threads or chips. Original electrical system and perfectly functioning with E27 socket.
