Pair of Space Age mid-century modern wall or ceiling lamps in white enamelled metal, 25 x 25 cm base and about 8 cm tall, with an E27 fitting, made in Italy in the 1970s, in good working order with only very light age-related wear.

Description:
I’m auctioning a beautiful pair of wall or ceiling lamps in full Space Age / modernist style, dating from the 1970s.
The design is extremely clean and geometric: square base in glossy white enameled metal with a soft central curve that rises toward the lamp holder with a visible metal collar.
They look best mounted both on wall and ceiling with mirrored dome bulbs (as shown in the photo) for a reflected, atmospheric light, but they work perfectly also with opal globes or colored bulbs.
Condition:
Very well preserved for their age. The white enamel is still shiny and uniform; only very slight signs of age are present and are completely invisible once installed. No dents. Original electrical wiring and perfectly functional.
