Val Saint Lambert - Charles Graffart & René Delvenne - Vase - 'John' - Glass - Luxval

Large Art Deco vase of the 'John' model, from the Luxval collection of the Belgian glass and crystal factory Val Saint Lambert. Designed by Charles Graffart and Rene Delvenne. This vase is described in the Luxval vases overview from 1935 (see illustration). The vase is made of rosaline semi-crystal pressed glass.

The vase is in excellent condition with only minor signs of aging. Small trapped glass bubbles and glass threads are normal for the production process of that era.

The height is approx. 25 cm, the diameter of the rim is approx. 16 cm.
