A representative Danish royal ordination document from the early reign of Christian X, equipped with a large state coat of arms, decorative typography, blind embossed seal, and original signatures of the royal chancellery.
Christian X (1870–1947). Royal commission/appointment document (Ansættelsesbrev) for Torben Johan Wörishöffer, Knight of the Order of the Dannebrog and Dannebrog man. Printed and handwritten filled-in form text on thick paper, dated at Amalienborg Castle, December 17, 1919. Double-sided folio sheet, ca. 34 × 41 cm, with a large printed royal coat of arms, magnificent calligraphic heading, large blind embossed seal on the paper dust jacket, and several signatures in its own hand.

The document confirms the royal appointment or employment of Torben Johan Wörishöffer as lieutenant colonel of infantry. At the same time, the rights and duties associated with the office are defined.
