The antique Provençal terracotta dish features a rustic, hand-crafted design typical of traditional French earthenware.
• Crafted from natural terracotta (terre cuite), showing a deeply aged finish with varied earthy tones of burnt sienna, deep amber, and darker soot-like markings along the rim.
• Form: An elongated oval basin shape with shallow, sloping walls. The interior surface bears a rich patina, displaying faint utensil scratches, minor abrasions, and the distressed textures of historical kitchen use.
• Handles: Two integrated, pierced tab handles extend from opposite ends of the rim, each featuring a large central hole flanked by smaller indentations for hanging storage or easy handling.
• Aesthetic: A quintessential piece of French country style, exhibiting an authentic rustic character suitable for primitive, farmhouse, or Mediterranean-inspired interiors.
