Description from the seller
LEGO set 40686 – Trade Federation Troop Carrier, a highly collectible LEGO Star Wars promotional set inspired by Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace.
This detailed model recreates the iconic Trade Federation troop carrier used to transport the massive Battle Droid armies during the invasion of Naboo. The brick-built carrier features the characteristic brown colour scheme, troop racks, cockpit section, and authentic design elements that capture the appearance of the vehicle from the film.
One of the highlights of this set is its impressive selection of Battle Droids. The combination of the troop carrier and multiple droid figures makes it particularly attractive for LEGO Star Wars army builders and collectors of Prequel Trilogy sets.
Released in 2024 as a special promotional Gift with Purchase during the 25th anniversary celebrations of LEGO Star Wars, set 40686 was not a standard retail release. This limited distribution gives sealed examples additional collector appeal.
The set is factory sealed, never opened, and preserved in absolute mint condition.
A highly desirable promotional collector’s item combining Star Wars nostalgia, army-building potential, and limited availability — an excellent addition to any serious LEGO Star Wars collection.

LEGO set 40686 – Trade Federation Troop Carrier, een zeer verzamelwaardige LEGO Star Wars promotieset geïnspireerd op Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace.

Seller's Story
🇬🇧
I am a passionate LEGO collector and seller, specializing in rare, exclusive, and hard-to-find LEGO sets, including employee-only editions, special releases, and collectible art or display sets.
My collections are sourced from private collections, long-term storage, and carefully selected acquisitions, with authenticity and condition always being top priorities. I only sell 100% original LEGO products and always describe their condition honestly and transparently.
I pay exceptional attention to secure and careful packaging — every item is shipped the way I would want to receive it myself. Reliability, clear communication, and fast shipping are key values in my approach.
My passion lies in LEGO both as a collectible and as an investment, and I select my lots with the same attention to detail as a dedicated collector.
Thank you for your interest and trust.
