Description from the seller
Pair of substantial monumental wall-mounted decorative brackets.
Period/Style: Eclectic period (late 19th century, the late 1800s).
The structure features refined historicist craftsmanship with sinuous volute scrolls, pierced foliate motifs, and a central botanical medallion finely chased in relief.
Material: Solid cast in heavy bronze with original period gilding.
The metal retains a splendid luster, with a natural patina in the recessed areas of the relief that attests to its authenticity.
Dimensions: 45 cm (Height) x 35 cm (Width) each.
Robust structure with a strong visual impact.
Condition: The main body in gilded 19th-century bronze is intact and in excellent overall condition. At the top there is a mount/lampholder in patinated dark metal inserted at a later date for an old electrification or functional modification (as visible in the photos).
The pieces are solid and free of structural damage.
