Beautiful, original silver coin with an attractive antique patina and clear details on both the obverse and reverse. Look closely at the photos to form your own good judgment of the exact condition and quality of the lot.
Obverse (Avers): Bust of Louis XV facing left with a bow in the hair.
Inscription: LUD. XV. D. G. FR. ET NAV. REX. (Louis XV, by the grace of God, King of France and Navarre).
Reverse (Revers): Crowned oval shield of France with three fleurs-de-lis, surrounded by two olive branches.
Inscription: SIT NOMEN DOMINI BENEDICTUM 1732 (Blessed be the name of the Lord) followed by the mint mark W at the bottom.
