Anniversary clock - Metal - 1960-1970

Mechanical torsion clock. One wind lasts 400 days. Winding is done via the central wheel located underneath (see photo)
Case: black lacquered base with hand-painted floral decorations.
Dial: black with central floral decorations and gold indices. Includes the original glass dome.
The torsion mechanism is a masterpiece of engineering.
Operation: the torsion balance is functioning and in motion. The hands are stationary and therefore it needs servicing.
A bit of wear on the black base.
