Description from the seller
Elegant antique porcelain fine bone china tea service produced by the famous British manufactory Royal Albert (Royal Albert Crown China mark, made in England).
Complete 6-person service (about 20-21 pieces): 6 teacups, 6 saucers, 6 dessert plates, creamer and sugar bowl in good condition.
Producer and Brand: The stamp "Royal Albert Crown China England" accompanied by the crown. This type of mark with the Crown China inscription dates back to the 1920s-1930s (Art Deco period), before the brand was simplified to "Royal Albert Bone China".
Serial/Model Number: On some bases the hand-painted decoration number is visible (e.g. 7573), typical of finely finished vintage English productions.
Decoration and Style: The service features a refined floral motif inspired by Oriental/Imari design, with orange and blue flowers, golden garlands, and a blue-and-gold scalloped edge. The dessert plates have the distinctive square shape with rounded corners, very fashionable in the 1920s and 1930s.
Composition:
- Teacups and related saucers.
- Coordinated dessert/tea plates (square).
- Creamer.
- Sugar bowl / sugar bowl (slop bowl).
