Antique English mahogany tilt-top table, 19th century.

For sale is an antique English mahogany side table from the 19th century, Victorian, approx. 1850–1880.

The round table features a turned central shaft on three curved legs. The tabletop can be positioned upright using the original historic folding mechanism – typical for English tilt-top tables of the period.

The mahogany has a lovely developed patina with only minor signs of use. The table is stable and the folding mechanism works.

Dimensions: height 72 cm, diameter 55 cm
