High-end desk collectible item, produced in Germany in the 1990s and now discontinued.

This specimen is particularly sought after because it is the luxury version in solid Sterling Silver 925 and not in plated metal or resin.

Mounting: Upper and lower frames + dome lid in solid 925 sterling silver
Stamping: Legible “925” hallmark on two sides of the frame + silversmith hallmarks + engraving "Montblanc Germany" on the lower base + Montblanc star engraved on the top plate
Lid: Hinge opening at 90°, interior gilded, hermetically closed
Dimensions: approx. 80 x 80 mm base, height about 60-65 mm with lid closed, about 90 mm with lid open. Inner cup diameter about 35 mm. Significant weight about 600 g for the solid crystal

Conditions and completeness - NOS:
Excellent condition, never used and never inked. Crystal free of chips, cracks or deep scratches. Inner cup perfectly clear and clean.

Silver with natural patina from long storage in box (visible in photos as dark/iridescent veil), typical of 925 silver. Not wear, easily removable with silver cloth. Hinge perfectly functioning.

Montblanc Solitaire 26100 Sterling Silver 925 and Crystal Inkwell - NOS Full Set

Rare and highly collectible Montblanc Meisterstück Solitaire Inkwell, reference 26100, made in Germany in the 1990s, discontinued.

Solid lead crystal block with solid Sterling Silver 925 mounts and dome lid. Hallmarked 925 on frame, Montblanc Germany engraved on base, Montblanc star emblem engraved on top plate. Dome lid with gold-plated interior, hinged.

Dimensions: approx. 80x80mm, height approx. 60-65mm closed, weight approx. 600g.

Condition: NOS - New Old Stock, never inked. Crystal flawless, no chips. Silver with light tarnish from long storage, easily cleaned. Hinge works perfectly.

Complete with original outer red box with 26100 label, inner black box, original Montblanc pipette, booklets.

This is the luxury 925 silver version, not the resin/plated version. Very hard to find complete and unused.
