Description:
Superb Art Deco-style fireplace set including a clock and its matching pair of garnishes.
The set features a geometric architecture characteristic of Art Deco, with a crème-colored decorative stone or marble veined with pink/orange, combined with black elements. The contrast of colors and geometric shapes give the ensemble a strong decorative presence.
The clock has a square dial with stylized Arabic numerals and a manually wound mechanical movement.
The movement is present but currently does not function and will need to be serviced or repaired by a watchmaker.
The two garnishes perfectly match the clock and repeat the same veined stone decor and black elements.
Condition:
Old-fashioned condition with signs of use and age-related marks, small cracks, visible in photographs. The clock movement needs to be repaired/revised.
The set is sold as is.
