Birdcage - Brass, Wood - Classic and elegant

Stylish antique birdcage from around 1950. Hardwood and brass giving it a weight of over 7 kilograms. All original parts present. It stands on 4 round wooden legs. Notable are the glass feeding inner trays still intact and the hook to close the door. It is missing a hinge, which does not affect the closed door, and the brass handle is bent slightly backward. The copper drawer slides out easily. It has a nice patina. See all photos to get the right impression of this atmospheric showpiece. Height is approx 70 cm and a diameter of approx 34 cm.
