JVC RX-884R Receiver

The JVC RX-884R is a powerful late-1990s Audio/Video Control Receiver combining a substantial stereo amplifier, multi-channel surround processing, digital inputs and a comprehensive AM/FM RDS tuner. Introduced around 1998, it was designed as the central component of a complete home cinema and hi-fi system.

The RX-884R delivers 50 watts per channel into 8 ohms in stereo operation, or 100 watts per channel into 4 ohms, with the amplifier capable of delivering 70 watts per channel to the front, centre and rear channels during surround operation when measured into 4 ohms. Total harmonic distortion is specified at just 0.02% at 50 watts into 8 ohms.

To deliver this product properly, it is carefully packed in very strong boxes, thereby wrapped in bubble wrap with lots of padding. We mainly use plastic to fill up the package, if wished differently please contact us. The package is shipped insured to protect both the buyer and seller.
