Verreries Doyen - Vase - Floralie collection ca. 1930 - Glass

Characteristic Art Deco vase in turquoise with an organic, flowing silhouette that subtly narrows toward the middle, produced by the Belgian glass factory Verreries Doyen (from Havré-Ville) as part of the well-known "Floralie" collection (sometimes also referred to as the Iris or Floral model).

The most striking feature is the stepped, bulging structure that runs along the entire body of the vase.

These horizontal bands create a playful relief and, together with the emerald green glass, provide a beautiful refraction of light.

This type of design is also known in the glass world as a hoop vase.

Weight is 560 grams.

In very good condition, wear commensurate with age and use.
