Italian-made, 20th-century wooden credenza in Venetian Baroque style, polychrome painted and lacquered, 220 cm wide by 102 cm high by 56 cm deep, in good used condition with small signs of age and staining.

Venetian cabinet in painted and lacquered wood, Baroque-Rococo style
Large and scenographic cabinet in shaped wood, painted and lacquered, made to reflect the taste of late Baroque and Rococo Venetian furniture.
The piece features an elegant curved and bulging front, divided into four doors – two central and two side – and two upper drawers.
The laid top follows the sinuous lines of the structure, also echoed by the important modaned base with bracket feet and volute scrolls.
Rich multi-colored decoration on a brick-red marbleized background, with large ochre and cream reserves framed and ornamented by scrolls and Rocaille motifs in grey-blue and sage green tones. Interior of great capacity divided into several compartments with shaped shelves and damask lining.
The piece retains a marked patina of use with craquelure, abrasions, color loss and wear compatible with its age and history, particularly visible on the top and on the frames.
