San Polo Production, Venice, 1950
Otello Rosa (Venice 1920 - Montebelluna 2007) was a renowned Italian painter and sculptor. From 1951 to 1959 he was the artistic director of the San Polo ceramics manufactory, located in Campo San Polo in Venice.
During this period he created unique artworks and design pieces like this vase, highly sought after in the collectors' market.
