The lot presents in good overall condition, perfectly functional, and is complete with its original film magazine, the waist-level viewfinder, and the original Rollei hood.

Optics: The camera mounts the extraordinary and renowned original Carl Zeiss Planar 1:2.8 f=80mm standard lens. The lenses are in good preserved condition, free of surface scratches or traces of internal mold or fungi. The blades of the internal manual diaphragm are dry and responsive.

Mechanical: The lot has been tested and is fully functional. The focal-plane mechanical shutter responds correctly to commands, triggering regularly at the various speeds. The knurled side focus knob moves steadily and smoothly, extending the built-in inner bellows of the camera body as it should.

Aesthetics: Good overall condition, as clearly documented by the photographs. The solid and sturdy metal body with glossy chrome trim maintains a beautiful vintage visual impact, showing the classic and normal signs of surface wear and light, physiological storage wear consistent with the piece’s age.
